Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků v konkrétní organizaci. Hlavním cílem práce je charakteristika a analýza způsobů odměňování pracovníků v organizaci. Teoretická část práce je soustředěna na vymezení základních pojmů dané problematiky. V této části práce jsem čerpala z rozsáhlé literatury věnované problematice odměňování a hodnocení pracovníků. Die Diplomarbeit widmet sich dem Bewertungs, und Belohnungsystem der Mitarbeiter in der konkreten Organisation. Das Hauptziel ist: die Weise der Mitarbeiterbelohnung in der Organisation zu charakterisieren und zu analysieren.
