Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem negativních jevů na pracovišti, mezi které můžeme zařadit například mobbing, bossing, sexuální obtěžování či diskriminaci. Cílem této práce je popsat teorii těchto jevů a pochopit a vysvětlit zmíněné pojmy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici mezilidských vztahů na pracovišti, konfliktů, jednotlivých negativních jevů a následné zmínění prevence a možné právní ochrany. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu výsledků dotazníkového šetření provedené ve firmě Pozemní stavitelství Zlín, a.s., které bylo provedeno u 16 respondentů a hlavním cílem bylo zjištění rozdílů ve finančním ohodnocení a spokojenosti ve firmě mezi českými a zahraničními pracovníky. Bylo zjištěno, že žádný z pracovníků firmy Pozemní stavitelství, a.s. se nikdy nesetkal s negativními jevy na pracovišti. Dále bylo zjištěno, že dle úvah a závěrů nedochází k značnému rozdílu ve finančním ohodnocení a spokojenosti ve firmě u českých a zahraničních pracovníků.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of negative phenomena in the workplace, among which we can include, for example, mobbing, bossing, sexual harassment or discrimination. The aim of this work is to describe the theory of these phenomena and to understand and explain the mentioned concepts. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of interpersonal relations at the workplace, conflicts, individual negative phenomena and subsequent mention of prevention and possible legal protection. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey carried out in the company Pozemní stavitelství Zlín, a.s., which was conducted with 16 respondents and the main goal was to find out the differences in financial evaluation and satisfaction in the company between Czech and foreign workers.It was found that none of the employees of Pozemní stavitelství, a.s. never encountered negative phenomena in the workplace. Furthermore, it was found that according to the considerations and conclusions, there is no significant difference in financial evaluation and satisfaction in the company between Czech and foreign workers.
