Communication mistakes of management of a selected factory

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjištění, jakých komunikačních chyb se dopouštějí řídicí pracovníci ve vybraném podniku, Restauraci Vráž u Trhových Svinů, a jak tyto chyby ovlivňují zaměstnance, jejich práci a pracovní prostředí. Teoreticko-metodologická část práce se zabývá základními pojmy týkající se komunikace, jaké jsou formy komunikace a komunikační modely. Poté se soustředí na pojem vnitropodniková komunikace, její funkce, formy, úrovně a druhy a dále na podnikové klima. Na závěr poukazuje na pojem komunikace řídicího pracovníka, jeho komunikační zásady a chyby. Aplikační část je zaměřena na komunikační chyby řídicích pracovníků Restaurace Vráž u Trhových Svinů. Jako metodu šetření jsem si zvolila dotazníkové šetření a metodu řízeného rozhovoru. Rozhovory budu provádět, jak se zaměstnanci, tak i s vedoucími pracovníky podniku. Po vyhodnocení dotazníků a rozhovorů s respondenty následuje diskuse výsledků a návrhy opatření, které na základě mého výzkumu povedou k odstranění zjištěných komunikačních chyb řídicích pracovníků Restaurace Vráž, a tím i ke zlepšení pracovního prostředí zaměstnanců a jejich pracovních výkonů.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is find out which mistakes in the communication are made by managing workers in the chosen company, Restaurant Vráž u Trhových Svinů and how these mistakes are affecting employees, their work and working place. Theoretical-methodological part deals with the basic terms regarding communication, forms of communication and communication models. The bachelor thesis focuses on the term interdepartmental communication, their function, forms, levels, types and climate of the company. At the end it shows the concept of communication of managing worker, his principles and mistakes in the communication. Practical part is focused on mistakes in the communication of employees in Restaurant Vráž u Trhových Svinů. For a research I chosen a questionnaire inquiry and a method called controlled interview. Interview will be with employees and with managing workers. After evaluation a questionnaire and interview I will do a debate and offer a measure with respondents where I will find a reason of these mistakes in the communication of managing workers in the Restaurant Vráž and it will be better for employees and their working place and their working performance.
