Práce se zabývá problematikou vymezení pravomocí členských států a Evropské unie. V práci je proveden teoretický rozbor pravomocí EU, jejich klasifikace, rozbor principů kterými se vymezení a přenos pravomocí řídí, výčet konkrétních oblastí pravomocí a srovnání s předchozím stavem. This thesis deals with question of transfer and delimitation of competences from member states to EU according to the Lisbon treaty. It contains analysis and classification of competences of EU, some principles used in delimitation of competeneces, complete list of the competences and comparison to the previous state.
