Cílem bakalářské práce je podat ucelené pojednání o institutu kasační stížnosti, jež je využíván jako mimořádný opravný prostředek ve správním soudnictví. V tomto řízení, jenž probíhá u Nejvyššího správního soudu, jsou zkoumána rozhodnutí krajských soudů, jenž rozhodují ve správním soudnictví v první a jediné instanci. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on providing a comprehensive view of one of the extraordinary remedies of administrative justice - a cassation complaint. The subjects of proceedings pending before the Supreme Administrative Court are the decisions of regional courts. Regional courts are called upon to decide in the first and only instance.
