Methodical and determination aid for sampling, microscopy and determination of cyanobacteria and algae for primary school pupils

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje tvorbě učební pomůcky pro výuku sinic a řas na základních školách ve formě výukové příručky, která se zabývá odběrem, mikroskopováním a určováním sinic a řas se žáky druhého stupně základních škol. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaobírá postavením tématu sinice a řasy v kurikulárních dokumentech, popisuje použité prostředky, metody a formy výuky při ověřování funkčnosti vytvořených pomůcek na základní škole a věnuje se také odbornému popisu sinic a řas. V rámci praktické části diplomové práce byly na základě rešerše učebnic a pracovních sešitů přírodopisu, práce v terénu a zkušeností mých a vedoucí práce zhotoveny: metodická a určovací příručka pro výuku sinic a řas na základních školách, metodické listy pro učitele a pracovní listy pro žáky. V rámci terénního a laboratorního cvičení na Základní škole Bystré, byla v září roku 2021 ověřena funkčnost mnou vytvořené příručky a pracovních listů. V diplomové práci jsou zhodnoceny a diskutovány poznatky z realizace výuky a navrženy úpravy metodické a určovací příručky a pracovních listů.

Abstract:

The thesis is devoted to the development of a teaching tool for teaching cyanobacteria and algae in primary schools in the form of a teaching manual that deals with a sampling, microscopy and identification of cyanobacteria and algae with second grade primary school students. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the status of the topic of cyanobacteria and algae in curriculum documents, describes the means, methods and forms of teaching used in verifying the functionality of the created aids in primary school and also deals with the professional description of cyanobacteria and algae. In the practical part of the thesis, the following were produced on the basis of the research of textbooks and workbooks of natural history, field work and the experience of myself and the supervisor: methodological and identification manual for teaching cyanobacteria and algae in primary schools, methodological sheets for teachers and worksheets for pupils. The functionality of the manual and worksheets created by me was verified in September 2021 during a field and laboratory exercise at Bystré Primary School. The thesis evaluates and discusses the findings from the implementation of the lessons and proposes modifications to the methodological and identification manual and worksheets.
