The Typology of Characters in the Russian Concentration Camp Prose

Abstract:

Cílem práce je na základě vybraných prozaických děl ruské tzv. lágrové (táborové) prózy dojít k typologii postav. Diplomant vychází z obecné kategorie literární postavy jako tématu člověka v literárním díle a součásti poetiky a ukazuje na sepětí tematických a tvarových složek lit. díla, jak se protínají v postavě z hlediska jazyka, stylu, narace a axiologie. První kapitola má mít obecný charakter, další mají analyzovat vybraná díla pozdních ruských autorů tohoto tématu, výsledná kapitola by měla obsahovat vlastní pokus o typologii postav s vazbou na to, jak tematické zaměření prolíná do výstavbových složek díla.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to determine the typology of characters of the so called Russian concentration camp prose on the basis of chosen prosaic works. The writer of the thesis works on the presumption of the general category of a literary character as a theme of a human in a literary work and as a part of the poetics of the work and at the same time the writer describes the connections of thematic and formal components of a literary work as they cross each other in the literary character from the point of view of the language, style, narration and axiology. The first chapter shall have a general character, the others shall analyse the chosen works of the late Russian authors who wrote about this theme. The last chapter should contain writer´s own attempt to outline the typology of the literary characters with the relation to how the thematic aim blends with the construction components of the literary work.
