Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje zvýšení motivace pracovníku ve vybrané společnosti. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Praktická část práce lze dále rozdělit na analytickou část a projektovou část. Teoretická část práce užívá literární rešerši. Diploma thesis is about increasing motivation of workers in selected company. The work is including theoritical part and practical part.
