Využití fotogrammetrie pro výzkum deformace materiálu v oblasti mezních přetvoření

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím bezkontaktní analýzy deformace pro zjišťování mezních stavů deformace hlubokotažného plechu DX57D Z100MBO používaného v automobilovém průmyslu pro stavbu karoserie. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou uvedeny základní informace o metodách bezkontaktní analýzy deformace s využitím fotogrammetrie a stručný přehled používaných systémů. Dále jsou zde uvedeny základní způsoby získávání diagramů mezních přetvoření (DMP) a stručný popis hlubokotažných materiálů využívaných v automobilovém průmyslu. Experimentální část zahrnuje základní materiálové testy pomocí statické zkoušky tahem a stanovení křivek mezních přetvoření. Pro tyto účely byly zvoleny dvě metody testování. První metoda vycházela z normalizované zkoušky vypínáním polokulovým tažníkem (tzv. Nakajima test), v druhém případě byla testována možnost zjištění křivky mezních přetvoření pomocí deformace vzorků s vruby na biaxiálním zařízení instalovaného na KSP TU v Liberci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with application of non-contact deformation analyse to define forming limits deformation of deepdrawing sheet metal DX57D Z100 which is usually used in automotive industry for chassis. The theoretical part of thesis describes the basic information about non-contact analyse methods of deformation with photogrammetry application and brief review of used systems. In next step are mentioned basic ways to obtain forming limits diagram and brief description of deepdrawing materials used in automobile industry. Experimental part of thesis is focused on tensile strength test and determination forming limit curves. Two experimental methods were used for this purpose. The first method is describes by Nakajima test - normalized test by plunger in shape of hemisphere. In the second case was used experiment with possibility to find out forming limit curves by deformation of samples with notches on biaxial testing machine at laboratory of TU Liberec.
