V úvodnej časti tejto bakalárskej práce je popísaná anatómia kože a jej derivátov s cestami inkorporácie substancií do vlasov a nechtov. Práca je zameraná na ich analýzu za účelom stanovenia látok pochádzajúcich zo životného prostredia, drog a liečiv. Abstract:
In the initial part of this bachelor thesis is described anatomy of skin and its derivatives with ways of incorporation of substances to hair and nails. Thesis is aimed at their analysis for the purpose of determinating substances originating in environment, drugs and pharmaceuticals.
