Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis vitaminu B1 (thiaminu) a vitaminu B12 (kyanokobalaminu). Úvodní část práce se zabývá jejich historií, strukturou, chemickými vlastnostmi, zdroji a poskytuje informace o zdravotních aspektech spojených s jejich nedostatkem. The bachelor thesis deals with the description of vitamin B1 (thiamin) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Main focus of the introduction is dedicated to their history, structure, chemical properties, sources and provides information about aspects related to their deficiency.
