Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá firemnou kultúrou a nadnárodnými spoločnosťami. V teoretickej časti bakalárskej práce sú definové pojmy ako kultúra, firemná kultúra, jej vznik, prvky, formovanie a funkcie. V tejto časti sa taktiež venujem internej komunikácii, jej prostriedkom a nástrojom. Pozornosť je tiež venovaná nadnárodným spoločnostiam a ich vplyvom na spoločnosti v Českej republike.
