Abstract:
Práce je věnována ochraně spotřebitele na trhu nemovitosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části je vytvořen teoretický základ zkoumané problematiky: pojem spotřebitel, ochrana spotřebitele. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na případy porušení práv spotřebitelů na trhu nemovitosti a také trendům v oblasti nemovitostního trhu.
