Predmetom a cieľom tejto práce je návrh a aplikácia VoIP technológie v podniku. Práca je delená do štyroch kapitol. Prvá kapitola charakterizuje vývoj VoIP technológie. Druhá kapitola opisuje princíp fungovania VoIP technológie, spôsob zachytávania a prenosu hlasu prostredníctvom internetovej siete.
