Bank Guarantees and Bills of Exchange in International Commerce

Abstract:

The subjects of this thesis are Bank Guarantees and Bills of Exchange. Whole work is devided into free chapters. First two chapters are introductory and readers will get know about Bank Guarantees and Bills of Exchange. Practical part follows previous theoretical ones. Theoretical parts will include definition of Bank Guarantees and Bills of Exchange followed by bank operation with these bank instruments and about history of Bills of Exchange. Practical part will demonstrate application of these instruments in international commerce and existence of export and insurance agencies supporting international commerce than possibility of Bank Guarantees and Bills of Exchange implementation to airline industry.
