Rigorózní práce na téma „Finanční crowdfunding“ se věnuje především identifikaci, popisu a rozboru současné právní úpravy týkající se skupinového financování a to jak na úrovni Evropské unie, tak i na úrovni vnitrostátního práva České republiky.
