Diplomová práce se zabývá aberacemi vyšších řádů a jejich změnami s věkem. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. V první kapitole je stručně popsána anatomie dvou hlavních refrakčních prostředí oka, rohovky a čočky. Následující, stěžejní, kapitola se zabývá aberacemi. Abstract:
The thesis deals with higher order aberrations and their changes with age. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter briefly describes the anatomy of the two main refractive environments of the eye, the cornea and the lens. The following chapter deals aberrations.
