Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na znevýhodněnou skupinu osob na trhu práce, kterou jsou osoby po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on disadvantaged groups in the labor market, to which persons after imprisonment. The aim of this work is to assess the possibility of integrating these people back into the labor market. Attention is paid to the possibilities of today's prisons while working with inmates before leaving the prison, during their re-socialization.
