Abstract:
This study deals with the preparation of porous polycaprolactone surfaces and the influence of graphene's presence on the biocompatibility of a porous surface. Additionally, the effect of humidity conditions on the resulting surface morphology is investigated. Tato práce se zabývá přípravou povrchů porézního polykaprolaktonu a vlivem přítomnosti grafenu na biokompatibilitu porézního povrchu. V práci je také zkoumán vliv podmínek vlhkosti na podobu výsledného povrchu. Jednotlivé povrchy jsou zkoumány a charakterizovány pomocí mikroskopických a spektroskopických metod.
