Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá společenskou odpovědností organizace (Corporate Social Responsibility – CSR) jako nezbytnou součástí korporátní identity. Důležitost společensky odpovědného chování je podložena teoretickou částí práce, která je věnována analýze konceptu CSR, hodnocení hlavních oblastí odpovědného chování, zmapování CSR v národním a mezinárodním kontextu a mechanismům měření a hodnocení společenské odpovědnosti. Praktická část práce dále analyzuje a hodnotí současný přístup k CSR ve společnosti Metrostav a.s. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy jsou na závěr navržena doporučení pro zefektivnění a rozšíření konceptu společenské odpovědnosti této společnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the social responsibility Organization (Corporate Social Responsibility - CSR) as an essential part of corporate identity. The importance of socially responsible behavior is based on the theoretical part of the work, which is dedicated to the concept of CSR from the main areas of responsible behavior, mapping of CSR in the context of national and international mechanism, measurement and evaluation of social responsibility. The practical part of the thesis analyzes and evaluates the current approach to CSR in the company Metrostav c.c.. At the conclusion based on the results of the analysis are recommendations designed to streamline and expand the concept of social responsibility of the company.
