The Analysis of the Collective Agreement
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o rozboru Podnikové kolektivní smlouvy na rok 2012 u společnosti Lesy České republiky, s. p., významného zaměstnavatele v oboru lesního hospodářství. Teoretická část práce obsahuje charakteristiku kolektivní smlouvy jako specifického institutu pracovního práva. V praktické části je provedena vlastní analýza tohoto právního dokumentu.
Abstract:
The thesis concerns with analysis of the Firm’s collective agreement 2012 that is being used by the corporation Lesy České republiky, s.p., the significant employer at the forest economy. Theoretical part of this thesis contains the description of the collective agreement as specific institute of labour law. In the practical part the analysis of this legal document is being made.
