Cílem této práce je odpovědět na otázku, zda jsou způsoby ovládání obyvatelstva, popsané v dystopických románech, používány jakožto způsoby pro řízení společnosti v opravdovém světě. This thesis aims to answer the question, whether techniques of social control described in dystopian novels are used in reality as real political solutions to control inhabitants. This thesis analyses those techniques of control over society described in anti-utopian literature, namely Nineteen Eighty-four, Brave New World and The Handmaid’s Tale, and compares them with reality to draw a conclusion …more
