Psychoterapie mimo zdravotnictví v ČR

Abstract:

V České republice v současnosti chybí legislativní úprava vymezující psychoterapii jako samostatný obor mimo zdravotnictví a to přináší nejrůznější dopady na organizace i jednotlivce, kteří poskytují psychoterapii mimo zdravotnictví. Práce se nejprve pokouší o přehledné shrnutí a představení aktuálního postavení psychoterapie v ČR i zahraničí v teoretické části. Následně představuje problematiku legislativního rámce pro výkon psychoterapie. Dalším cílem jsou zjištění, jak může ovlivnit toto legislativní vakuum běžnou praxi psychoterapeutů a jaký má dopad na zájemce o psychoterapii, která jsou doplněna informacemi z terénu. Na jednotlivých příkladech je demonstrována praxe poskytovatelů psychoterapie. Ukazuje se, že současný stav psychoterapie se v ČR vyvíjí a pozvolně emancipuje směrem k nadrezortnímu širšímu pojetí mimo zdravotnictví jako samostatnému a nezávislému oboru. Vývoj je ovšem poznamenám dlouholetým sporem mezi stranami, kdo a za jakých podmínek může u nás vykonávat legálně psychoterapii. Odborná veřejnost se na druhou stranu shoduje na potřebě legislativního ukotvení psychoterapie mimo zdravotnictví, to potvrzují i dotázaní poskytovatelé psychoterapie. V ČR se však zatím žádný takový zákon nepřipravuje.

Abstract:

In the Czech Republic there is a legal absence defining psychotherapy as an independent scientific discipline out of heath care in present and this brings various impacts to organizations and individuals providing it out of health care. In a theoretical part of work there is first a survey and introduces of actual position of the psychotherapy in the CR and foreign countries. Afterwards there is introduced a legislative framework for the performance of psychotherapy. The findings are the next aim, how can a legal absence influence the psychotherapist praxis and what is an impact on applicants following by the information part from the praxis. There is praxis of psychotherapists demonstrated on the examples. It shows that the present psychotherapy in the CR has been developed and step by step emancipated towards to the wide conception independent scientific discipline out of heath care. Its development has been influenced by the aged dispute between sides over who and for what conditions can provide a legal psychotherapy. On the other side the public professionals come to the need of legislation of the psychotherapy out of health care. It is also confirmed by the respondents. However in the CR there is no such a legislation have been prepared.
