The Analysis of Project Financing for Establishing of an Enterprise
Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je problém financování investičního projektu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část popisuje současné přístupy k hodnocení projektů a jejich financování. Praktická část analyzuje konkrétní projekt výstavby nového podniku. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení tohoto projektu a vytvoření doporučení na základě provedené analýzy.
Abstract:
The main topic of this thesis is the problem of investment project financing. The work is divided into two parts. Theoretical part describes current approaches to the project evaluation and their financing. Practical part analyzes the specific project - creating of a new enterprise. The result of this work is evaluation of the project and recommendations based on the analysis.
