Abstract:

V první části mé bakalářské práce se zabývám anatomii páteře, cévním zásobením a funkčnosti. Páteř jsem rozdělila na krční, hrudní a bederní. V druhé části jsem se zaměřila na jednotlivé vyšetřovací metody páteře: radiografii, magnetickou rezonanci a výpočetní tomografii. V třetí části jsou degenerativní změny na páteři, její příčiny. V praktické části se věnuji souboru pacientů s degenerativním onemocněním páteře. Informace jsem získala v Hornické Karvinské nemocnici. Tento soubor pacientů je členěn podle pohlaví, věku, příčiny, délky bolesti, klinické diagnózy a oblasti provedené operace.

Abstract:

In the first part of my thesis deals with the anatomy of the spine, vascular supply and functionality. The spine is divided into cervical, thoracic and lumbar. In the second part I focus on the individual spine examination methods: radiography, magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography. In the third part of the degenerative changes in the spine and its causes. In the practical part focuses on a group of patients with degenerative diseases of the spine. The information I gained in the Mining Karvinské hospital. This group of patients is divided by gender, age, cause, duration of pain, clinical diagnosis and the area of surgery.
