Hlavným cieľom tejto práce je preskúmať a pochopiť efekt adopcie agilného vývoja, konkrétne v oblasti riadenia zmien, na odhad ceny, spokojnosť zákazníka a dobu dodania
Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis is to study and understand effects of agile approach adoption, particularly in field of change management, on effort estimation, customer satisfaction and delivery time.
