Abstract:
Kvasinky rodu \kur{Candida} jsou součástí lidského mikrobiomu. Při poruše kožní nebo slizniční bariéry se stávají nejčastějšími původci mykotických onemocnění. Vzniklé kvasinkové infekce jsou léčeny antimykotiky, zejména Flukonazolem. Častým užíváním Flukonazolu došlo u kvasinek k rozvoji rezistence. Abstract:
Yeast of the \kur{Candida} genus are part of the microbiota of human. In case of skin or mucosal barrier disruption, yeasts become the most common originators of fungal diseases. Incurred yeast infections are treated with antifungal drugs, especially Flukonazol. The frequent use of Flukonazol has resulted in developed of resistance in yeasts.
