Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sociální interakce – řešení konfliktů v geriatrickém ošetřovatelství. Práce vychází z projektu: Podpora sociokulturní a odborné kompetence profesionálních pečovatelů (NLZP) o seniory (MUNI/A/0877/2010). The thesis is focused on the problems of social interaction, mainly solving conflicts in geriatric nursing.
