The Social and Cultural Life of Seniors in Towns and in the Countryside

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá v širším pojetí s ohledem k demografickému stárnutí populace problematikou stáří a stárnutí a v užším pojetí volnočasovými aktivitami konkrétně sociálním a kulturním životem seniorů a jeho kvalitou. Teoretická část začíná vymezením terminologie a teoretických východisek zvoleného tématu včetně vymezení základních pojmů a zkoumání stavu k tématu v domácí a zahraniční literatuře. Neopomíná také ujasnit a popsat souvislost a vztah k sociální pedagogice. Následně jsou popsány a vymezeny pojmy stáří a stárnutí, jeho zákonitosti, chronologie, významné změny, ke kterým u něho dochází a také demografiea sociologie stáří. V další části se věnuje hodnotám, potřebám a motivaci a samotnému volnému času seniorů a možnostmi aktivizace. Praktická část se orientuje na výzkum sociálně - kulturního života a způsob trávení volného časuseniorů ve Zlínském krajia jeho případnými rozdíly ve městě a na venkově. Pro jeho uskutečnění byl zvolen kvantitativní přístup formou sběru dat pomocí dotazníku.

Abstract:

This thesis is engaged in a broader sense, considering the aging population and the problems of old age and aging in the narrower sense leisure activities namely social and cultural life of the elderly and their quality. The theoretical part starts with defining terminology and theoretical foundations of the chosen topic, including the definition of fundamental concepts and state of the subject in the domestic and foreign literature. Also taken pains to clarify and describe the relationship and the relationship to social pedagogy. Subsequently they are described and defined in terms of age and aging, its patterns, chronology, important changes which occur at him and demografiea sociology age. The next section focuses on the values, needs and motivation and free time alone seniors and possibilities activation. The practical part focuses on the research of socio - cultural life and the way of spending leisure časuseniorů in Zlin carve its potential differences in urban and rural areas. For its implementation was chosen quantitative approach in the form of data collection using the questionnaire.
