Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty firmy KRONOSPAN OSB, spol. s r.o. k datu 1. 4. 2015 za účelem zjištění hodnoty pro management společnosti, který chce tuto hodnotu nadále řídit ve smyslu maximálního naplňování základního cíle vlastníků.
