Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením území se spornou mezinárodněprávní subjektivitou. Jejím cílem je shrnout argumenty příznivců i odpůrců uznání nezávislosti. K dosažení cíle bylo třeba stanovit teoretická východiska a analyzovat jednotlivé oblasti. The presented bachelor thesis is dealing with the status of territories with disputed international legal personality. It aims to summarise the arguments of both supporters and opponents of independence recognition.
