Tato práce se věnuje elektronizaci justice. Kromě úvodu a závěru je práce rozdělena do čtyř samostatných kapitol. Nejprve se práce věnuje historickému vývoji elektronizace justice na našem území. Dále je popsán institut e-governmentu, neboť elektronizace justice je jeho nedílnou součástí. This thesis is devoted to the topic of electronicisation of the judicial system. Apart from the introduction and conclusion, the thesis is divided into four separate chapters.
