Development of graphomotor skills for pupils with mild mental handicap

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozvoj grafomotorických schopností u žáků s lehkým mentálním postižením. V práci je popsáno mentální postižení, jeho definice, jednotlivé stupně a také etiologie. Je zde popsána také grafomotorika, podmínky pro její vhodný rozvoj a jednotlivé grafomotorické prvky. Dále ve své práci popisuji arteterapii a rozvoj dětské kresby. Empirická část obsahuje pětiměsíční nácvik jednotlivých grafomotorických prvků se čtyřmi žáky první třídy s lehkým mentálním postižením a porovnání jejich grafomotorických dovedností na začátku a na konci šetření.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on development of graphomotor skills of students with mild intellectual disability. Thesis describes intellectual disability, it's definition, different levels and etiologies. It also describes graphomotory, conditions for it's proper development and particular graphomotor elements. Furthermore I describe art therapy and a development of child's drawing. Empirical part consists of five month training of particular graphomotor elements with four first grade students with mild intellectual disability and comparing their graphomotor skills at the beginning and at the end of survey.
