Diplomová práce s názvem „Vybraná kauza ÚOHS“ analyzuje trh nealkoholických nápojů s vertikálním cenovým kartel. Uzavírání cenových dohod je považováno v české právní praxi za protiprávní a je sankcionováno. Ačkoliv téma diplomové práce stojí na pomezí práva a ekonomie, ekonomickému aspektu problému bude věnován značně větší prostor. Abstract:
The diploma thesis “Analysis of ÚOHS Case” provides an analysis of a market of non-alcoholic drinks with vertical agreement about prices. Vertical cartels concerning prices are considered illegal by the Czech law, and hence are punished.
