Legal Regulation of Imports of Agricultural Products in the EC/EU Law
Abstract:
Práce "Právní regulace dovozu zemědělských produktů do ES/EU" se zaměřuje na úpravu vycházející jak z práva ES, tak z mezinárodních smluv - uzavřených na půdě WTO, se zeměmi ACP a dalších. Práce staví problematiku do širších politických a ekonomických souvislostí a zabývá se také perspektivou úpravy - zejména jednáním WTO - Doha Round.
Abstract:
The thesis "Legal Regulation of Imports of Agricultural Products in the EC/EU Law" focuses on legal regulation originating from both EC Law and international agreements - agreements concluded in WTO, with ACP countries etc. The topic is analysed from a wider political and economic perspective and is also devoted to future prospects of the regulation - especially WTO negotiations - Doha Round.
