Předmětem této magisterské diplomové práce je pracovní a sociální adaptace zaměstnanců po mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. V teoretické části jsou představeny pojmy a koncepty adaptace, rodič-zaměstnanec a prorodinná organizační politika, které pomáhají v orientaci ve výsledcích realizovaného výzkumu.
