Abstract:
Práce analyzuje účetní a daňovou problematiku neziskových organizací v porovnání s podnikatelským subjektem. Řeší a navrhuje jednotlivá úskalí neziskových organizací v tržní ekonomice. Teoretická část je založena na základě znalostí současné právní legislativy. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu a následnou komparaci hospodaření Jihomoravské dětské léčebny, p. o. s podnikatelským subjektem.
Abstract:
The paper analyzes the accounting and tax issues of non-profit organizations in comparison with the business entity. Addresses the pitfalls and suggests various non-profit organizations in a market economy. The theoretical part is based on the knowledge of current legal legislation.
