Řízení zásob ve společnosti BATIST Medical Holding a.s.

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku řízení zásob ve vybrané společnosti. V práci jsou popsány typy zásob a jejich charakteristika včetně metod řízení. Práce obsahuje analýzu zaměřenou na řízení zásob z pohledu oddělení nákupu v dané společnosti. Poslední část práce se věnuje návrhu na zlepšení procesu řízení zásob s cílem snížit jejich potřebné množství a tím i vázající kapitál.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the inventory management issues in selected company. In thesis are described types of stocks, their description including management methods. Thesis contains analysis focused on inventory management from purchasing point of view. The last part of thesis devotes a proposal of improvement inventory management to reduce needed amount of stocks and their capital tie-up.
