Manažerské funkce ve společnosti Mountfield a.s.

Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je identifikace manažerských funkcí ve společnosti Mountfield na základě teoretických poznatků získaných studiem odborné literatury, vlastní pracovní zkušenosti autora a na základě interview s oblastním ředitelem společnosti. Práce aplikuje jednotlivé funkce na společnost Mountfield, hodnotí je a navrhuje změny za účelem zvýšení jejich efektivity.
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to idetify functions of management in company Mountfield based on theoretical knowledge gained from studying literature, author‘s own work experience and interview with regional manager of the company. Thesis applies individual functions to company Mountfield, evaluates them and suggests changes to improve their efficiency.
