Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci bylo studováno chování osmi N-monosubstituovaných derivátů piperazinu pomocí kapilární elektroforézy. Optimalizací parametrů byly určeny separační podmínky, v nichž bylo provedeno měření. This bachelor’s thesis concerns the behavior of eight N monosubstituted derivatives of piperazine under capillary electrophoresis. The sepa-ration conditions in which the measurements were carried out were determined by the optimization method.
