The comparison of selected aspects of labour force market in the Ústi region and in the Republika srpska

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Vybrané aspekty trhu práce Ústeckého kraje a Republiky srbské pojednává o počtu zaměstnaných a průměrných hrubých mzdách a jejich specifických rysech v Ústeckém kraji a Republice srbské v průběhu let 2001 - 2009. Na základě analýz ekonomických činností uváděných podle klasifikace NACE rev. 1.1 sleduje podobnosti mezi jednotlivými regiony, analyzuje rozdíly a predikuje jejich vývoj v průběhu budoucích let. Tato práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů souvisejících s trhem práce. Druhá část práce uvádí základní informace o vybraných regionech. Třetí část práce se zabývá komparací vybraných aspektů trhu práce, zhodnocením podobnosti mezi regiony a predikcí vývoje počtu zaměstnaných v budoucích letech pomocí regresní přímky.

Abstract:

The Bachelor?s thesis Comparison of selected aspects of the labour force market in the Ústí region and in the Republika srpska examines employment, gross average wages and the specific properties of these aspects in the Ústí region and in the Republika srpska during the years 2001 ? 2009. The thesis analyzes economic activities as reported by NACE rev. 1.1, monitors similarities between chosen regions, analyzes the differences between these regions and predicts its future development. This work is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part is focused on specifying terms connected with the labour force market. The second part provides basic information about the chosen regions. The third part deals with the comparison of chosen aspects of the labour force market, an assessment of some similarities between regions and uses a regression line to predict the number of people who will be employed in future years.
