The possibilities of contact temperature measurement of rotating load during the process of induction hardening

Abstract:

Zaměření mé diplomové práce je do oboru elektrotepelných procesů, a to do oblasti kontaktního měření teplot během indukčního kalení rotující vsázky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části rozebírám možnosti měření teploty v průmyslu, ať už kontaktní měřením, tak i bezkontaktním, nastiňuji modelování elektromagnetického pole a teplotního pole a v závěru teorie shrnuji modelování sdružených úloh. V praktické části je vysvětlen samotný experiment, jsou zde popsány použité součástky a využité vsázky. Dále je zde z experimentu zobrazeno několik dat, ať už z počátečních experimentů, kdy se zařízení teprve připravovalo, tak i ze samostatného závěrečného měření. Rozebírám zde chyby, kterým bylo nutné při konstrukci a uvádění zařízení do provozu čelit a v závěru praktické části vysvětluji i jejich jednotlivá řešení. Na závěr práce je možné vidět matematický model vytvořený v programu ANSYS a srovnání získaných dat z experimentu s modelovými hodnotami získaných z programu ANSYS.

Abstract:

The focus of my diploma thesis is in the field of electrothermal processes, namely in the field of contact temperature measurement during induction hardening of a rotating charge. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I discuss the possibilities of temperature measurement in industry, both contact measurement and contactless, I outline the modeling of the electromagnetic field and temperature field, and at the end of the theory summarizes the modeling of associated problems. The practical part describes the experiment itself, describes the components used and the batches used. Several data from the experiment are shown here, both from the initial experiments, when the device was just being prepared, and from a separate final measurement. Here I analyze the errors that had to be faced during the construction and commissioning of the equipment and at the end of the practical part I explain their individual solutions. At the end of the work it is possible to see the mathematical model created in the ANSYS program and a comparison of the data obtained from the experiment with the model values obtained from the ANSYS program.
