The principal aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to conduct a contextual and interdisciplinary analysis of the legislative process in the Republic of Ireland. The Irish law-making process is then compared with the regulation in the Czech Republic. The thesis also examines the contextual aspects of the aforementioned topic.
