Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresovou zátěží perioperačních sester pracujících na operačním sále. Teoretická část přibližuje problematiku stresu, jeho příznaky, vývoj, zvládání a prevenci. Dále je definována role sestry v perioperační péči, operační tým,struktura operačních sálů. Empirická část vyhodnocuje vlastní dotazníkové šetření a analyzuje hypotézy. This bachelor’s thesis deals with a stress load of perioperative nurses working in the operating theatre. The theoretical part outlines a stress issue, its symptoms, development, getting under control, and prevention.
