Abstract:

Předmětem této práce je analýza vztahů s dodavateli se zaměřením na hodnocení a výběr dodavatele obalového materiálu ve společnosti Festool s.r.o. Práce se zabývá pracovní činností oddělení nákupu, vztahy s dodavateli, podrobněji popisuje hodnocení a jeho metody i druhy obalového materiálu. Na základě analýzy dodavatelů obalového materiálu ve společnosti Festool s.r.o. byly zjištěny problémy ve spolupráci s jedním z hodnocených dodavatelů. Výsledkem práce jsou řešení, která se zabývají tímto problémovým vztahem.

Abstract:

The subject of this master thesis is analysis of relations with suppliers focusing on evaluation and selection of a supplier for packaging material in the company Festool s.r.o. The thesis deals with the work of a purchase department, relations with suppliers and describes evaluation and its methods in detail as well as types of packaging material. On the basis of the analysis of suppliers for packaging material in the company Festool s.r.o. problems in cooperation with one of the suppliers were found out. The results of the thesis are solutions to this problem.
