Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na návrh novostavby polyfunkčního domu. Obsahuje konstrukční řešení, osazení na konkrétní pozemek a dispoziční řešení vztažené ke světovým stranám. Stavba je navržena na současné pasivní standardy. Součástí práce je výpočet proslunění a osvětlení bytových jednotek, vyhodnocení PENB a stanovení odstupových vzdáleností z hlediska PBŘ.
