Lancaster test and its use in analyzing the defect of eye muscles apparatus.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím Lancaster testu v rámci analýzy poruch okohybného aparátu. V první, teoretické části, se práce zaměřuje především na anatomii okohybných svalů a následný přehledný popis jednotlivých forem okohybných odchylek. Tuto část uzavírá kapitola o samotném Lancaster testu s možnostmi jeho využití v praxi, s přihlédnutím na metodiku testování, jejíž závěr přechází v část praktickou. V praktické části práce je kladen důraz na efektivní využití Lancaster testu při vyšetření okohybných odchylek danou metodikou s následnou optimální prizmatickou korekcí. Diskuzí získává práce přehled o jiných studiích s využitím této metody. Výslednou korekci získanou pomocí Lancaster testu porovnává tato práce současně s výsledky stanovené pomocí Schoberova testu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the use of the Lancaster test in the analysis of the defects of eye muscles apparatus. In the first, theoretical part, the thesis focuses mainly on the anatomy of the eye muscles and the subsequent clear description of the individual forms of eye muscles deviation. This section concludes the chapter on the Lancaster test itself with the possibilities of its use in practice, taking into account the testing methodology, the conclusion of which passes into the practical part. In the practical part of the thesis, emphasis is placed on the effective use of the Lancaster test in the examination of the eye muscles deviation given by the methodology, followed by an optimal correction by prismatic lenses. Discussion gains work on an overview of other studies using this method. The resulting correction obtained using the Lancaster test compares this work with the results obtained using the Schober test.
