Territorial revitalizing process evaluation through brownfields localized at municipality with expanded scope Litoměřice

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je revitalizace brownfields v ORP Litoměřice. S problémem existence lokalit typu brownfields se Litoměřice potýkají od počátku období transformace české ekonomiky koncem 20. století. Největší lokality zde vznikly po profesionalizaci české armády a uzavření obou areálů kasáren. Restruktualizací průmyslu a zemědělství došlo v ORP Litoměřice k uzavření několika průmyslových podniků. Teoretická část pojednává o městě a lokalitách brownfields a jejich charakteristice. Praktická část se zabývá místním šetřením, analýzou stávajícího stavu a hledáním východisek. Na několika případových studiích regenerace lokalit brownfields je navrženo případné řešení jejich využití. Řešení je převážně v rukou soukromých podnikatelů. Úkolem města je lokality sledovat, nabízet je k využití a pomáhat při podpoře investic ekonomickými pobídkami.

Abstract:

The theme of my works is the revitalization of brownfields in the district Litoměřice. The problem of the existence of brownfield sites is Litoměřice faced since the beginning of the transformation of Czech economy in the late 20th century. The largest sites are created for professionalization of the Czech army and the closure of the two barracks facilities. Restructuring of industry and agriculture in the district was Litoměřice to the closure of several industrial enterprises. The theoretical part deals with the city and brownfield sites and their characteristics. The practical part deals with on-site investigations, analysis of the current situation and finding solutions. In several case studies of regeneration of brownfield sites is a possible solution to their proposed use. The solution is largely in the hands of private entrepreneurs. The task of the site to see them available for use and help promote economic investment incentives.
