Abstract:

Cílem práce je zmapovat problematiku systémů s podporou Customer Relationship Management, podchytit jejich základní vlastnosti a požadavky na funkčnost takových systemů. Následně pak navrhnout obecné principy pro vytvoření CRM systémů. Dále zanalyzovat a popsat současný systém pronajímání apartmanů v USA, zanalyzovat chod a potřeby konkrétní firmy, která se zabývá pronájmem apartmánů. Na základě této analýzy (a v souladu s principy pro vytvoření CRM) vytvořit vhodný IS s podporou CRM pro uvedenou firmu. Modul CRM vytvořeného ISu by měl pokrývat oblast marketingu, získávání nových najemníků a vyhodnocování jejich spokojenosti, ticket systém.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis is to explain what Customer Relationship Management really is, to find out it's main properties and requirements of the CRM systems. Then to propose general principles of developing the CRM systems. Next step is to analyze and describe the current system of apartment leasing principles in the USA, then to analyze and find out needs of a presentive company which leases it's apartments. On the basis of the analyses and the CRM fundamentals to develope an appropriate IS (information system) with backing of mentioned CRM. The CRM subsystem of the IS will cover matters of Marketing, to obtain new customers (tenants) and to evaluate their satisfaction, ticket system.
