Bakalářská práce přibližuje postoj a vztah mezi veřejnou správou a podnikajícími cizinci. V první kapitole teoretické části je rozebrán příchod cizinců do České republiky, konkrétněji imigrace Vietnamců. Následují práva a povinnosti cizinců, kteří vykonávají svojí podnikatelskou činnost na území našeho státu. The bachelor thesis accesses the attitude and relationship between public service and self-employed foreigners. The first chapter of the theoretic part analyses arrivals of foreigners, particularly the immigration of the Vietnamese.
